Réseau France Outre-mer (RFO) is operating several TV channels for the French Antilles and other territories such as Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Mayotte, Wallis & Futuna, etc. Those channels include programs from the French National TV channels and RFO's own production. One of the challenges for RFO is to broadcast the same program at different times due to the time different between the different locations. TV 2 / DANMARK selected DIVArchive management software and BitScream transcoding software to serve as the infrastructure for its new digital video archive at their play-out center in Odense Denmark.

DIVArchive will allow TV 2 / DANMARK to automatically move programs and commercials to and from a tape based near-line archive to on-line video servers.
